Thanksgiving Challot

For year's my mother-in-law has made challot in the shape of Turkeys. They are individual roles that are shaped like a turkey and have raisins for eyes. They are absolutely adorable.

In the last year I have seen a lot of Challot designs. Kveller posted today a picture of a Turkey Challah that I posted to my pinterest page last year. I thought it would be a great idea to post some Challot ideas.

Pumpkin Challah Recipe

Ingredients
4- ½ teaspoons dry yeast
½ cup brown sugar
1-⅓ cups warm water
4 tablespoons canola oil
2-½ cups canned pumpkin
8 cups bread flour
1 egg white combined with 1 tablespoon water
